BOFFO welcomes speculative sculptor Ruben Ulises Rodriguez Montoya to share his work and process with the Fire Island Pines community.
Ruben Ulises Rodriguez Montoya was born in Parral, Chihuahua. He emigrated with his family to an immigrant community in the U.S.-Mexico border of El Paso, Juarez and New Mexico. Currently, he is a nomad and kinda loves it and hates it at the same time. Ruben visits the Fire Island community as a guest of our artist in residence, rafa esparza.
