Maya Margarita Monés is a multi-disciplinary artist of Afro-Caribbean roots based in Brooklyn, New York. Her work has been featured at Madison Square Garden, The Whitney Museum of American Art, Brooklyn Museum, and most recently on FX's Pose. Maya is the first recipient of the Build Scholarship at MN Acting Studio, of which she is now a proud alumni and a member of the music collective, Discwoman. She aims to continue to grow cooperatively with her practice and promote limitlessness. Jhevere is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and sound engineer, born in Jamaica and now a resident of Brooklyn NY. He holds a Bachelor of Music from S.U.N.Y. Purchase and has created music with 100+ artists in the NYC area and internationally. “Creativity is our divine guide to liberation”. Jhevere has a passion for creating safe spaces for amplifying creative voices within the queer community. He continues to release music as a solo artist in addition to supporting top notch talent.
