Fragile’s performance will explore the intersection between an electronic and a full band sound. Drum computer and live drums, guitars and synth sequencers, dry voice and digitally processed vocals form the ingredients of the Fragile set, which allows for improvisation whilst having a keen eye on keeping the audience dancing.
Fragile is a fluid music project in varying constellations founded by Wolfgang Tillmans. This summer Kyle Combs (NYC), Juan Pablo Echeverri (Bogota), Tim Knapp (Berlin), Jay Pluck (NYC), Tom Roach (Providence) and Wolfgang Tillmans (Berlin / London) have come together on Fire Island to work on new music, which will be debuted Saturday, August 11.
